1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bke333 ("bke333", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the bke333 online gaming platform, including all associated websites, mobile interfaces, software, content, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the bke333 registration process, clicking the acceptance checkbox during sign-up, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing the Platform in any capacity, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. These documents are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and bke333.

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active bke333 account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Process

3.3 Account Information Updates

You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. If any of your registered details change — including your email address, phone number, or residential address — you must update your account profile promptly. Providing false or outdated information may result in delayed withdrawals, account suspension, or termination.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

bke333 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, BRAC Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There are no fees applied by bke333 on any deposit transaction, although your payment provider may apply its own charges.

All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — regardless of the relationship between the parties — are prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation. bke333 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming the ownership of the payment method used.

Deposits are credited to your bke333 account balance in real time in the majority of cases. In rare instances where a deposit is delayed due to payment network issues, please contact our 24/7 support team with your transaction reference number for prompt resolution.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount on bke333 is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in line with standard anti-money-laundering practices. For fully verified accounts, bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically settled within 5 to 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

Before processing a withdrawal, bke333 may require you to complete the identity verification process as described in Section 2. Withdrawals will not be processed to accounts that have not completed the required verification steps. bke333 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks for withdrawals above ৳50,000 or where unusual account activity has been identified.

In the event that a bonus balance is active at the time of a withdrawal request, the relevant wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before the associated bonus funds can be withdrawn. Real-money balances not subject to active wagering requirements may be withdrawn at any time without restriction, subject to the minimums and verification requirements described above.

4.3 Currency & Conversion

All transactions on the bke333 Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bke333 does not apply currency conversion fees. The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to denote amounts in Bangladeshi Taka. Western Arabic numerals (1, 2, 3, etc.) are used for all monetary displays.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New bke333 players may be eligible for a welcome bonus package of up to ৳20,000 across their first qualifying deposits. 5.2 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses awarded by bke333 are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion's terms. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically.

5.3 Seasonal & Reload Promotions

bke333 regularly runs seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladeshi calendar, including Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day (December 16), as well as major cricket events including the BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup. Reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free bet promotions are offered to existing members and are governed by the specific terms published alongside each promotion.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a condition of your access to and use of the bke333 Platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to abide by these Terms at all times. In particular, the following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bke333 Platform:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods; providing false identification; or engaging in any activity designed to defraud bke333 or other players.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker, live dealer tables, and sports betting.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; exploiting technical errors or loopholes in the bonus system; using automated software to satisfy wagering requirements artificially.
• Money laundering: Using the bke333 Platform in any way that constitutes or facilitates money laundering or any other financial crime under applicable law.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, access the Platform, or otherwise interact with bke333 services in a non-human manner without explicit written consent from bke333.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct towards bke333 staff or other platform users via live chat, email, or any other channel.
• Misrepresentation: Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely claiming any affiliation with bke333 or any of its partners.

Where bke333 identifies or reasonably suspects a breach of the above prohibitions, we reserve the right to immediately suspend the relevant account, void all pending bets and bonuses, withhold any outstanding withdrawals pending investigation, and permanently close the account if the investigation confirms a material breach. bke333 may also report the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities where required by law.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

7.1 Game Integrity

All casino games available on the bke333 Platform — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and specialty titles — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer streams produced by internationally regulated studios. In-play bets on cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are accepted subject to the availability of live data feeds. bke333 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice due to data unavailability, network issues, or exceptional match circumstances.

7.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or interruption to a game session, bke333 will conduct a review of the affected session using server-side game logs. Where a malfunction has materially affected the outcome of a game round, bke333 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake. Winnings generated as a direct result of a software malfunction are not guaranteed and may be voided following investigation. bke333 will communicate the outcome of any malfunction investigation to the affected player within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Account Closure & Termination

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request to close your bke333 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receiving your closure request, bke333 will process any pending withdrawals of verified real-money balances before closing the account. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be removed at the time of closure.

If you are closing your account due to concerns about your relationship with gambling, we strongly encourage you to consider self-exclusion rather than simple account closure. 8.2 Termination by bke333

bke333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at our sole discretion, including where:

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• A player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise prohibited activity.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require us to restrict or terminate the account.
• The player is found to be under 18 years of age.

Where an account is terminated by bke333 for cause, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be reviewed. If the balance has been accrued through legitimate gameplay and is not subject to any dispute, forfeiture, or legal hold, bke333 will return the balance to the player via the original deposit method following the conclusion of any required investigation. Balances associated with fraudulent activity or Terms breaches will be forfeited.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. bke333 will notify the registered email address prior to applying any dormancy policy. Following the notification period, bke333 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of up to ৳200 per month to dormant accounts with a positive balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player.
